Choose Your Ceremony

Once you’ve chosen the ceremony experience that feels right, the planning process is simple and relaxed.

To reserve your date, a 30% deposit and signed agreement are required. Once your date is secured, we’ll guide you through the next steps to bring your ceremony together.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your ceremony. Because ceremony dates are limited, retainers are non-refundable, however may be applied toward a new date based on availability.

Ceremonies may be scheduled throughout the day depending on beach conditions, season, and the atmosphere you'd like to create.

Sunset ceremonies are especially popular along the Gulf Coast and tend to reserve quickly, particularly on weekends.

Weekend sunset ceremonies are the most requested, while weekday ceremonies often offer greater flexibility and a quieter beach setting.

Sunkissed Vows specializes in intimate beach ceremonies. Guest capacity varies by package to keep the experience intimate and personal.

Just Make It Official ceremonies are designed for just the couple and are offered on weekdays based on officiant availability.

Ceremonies take place at beautiful public beaches along Florida’s Gulf Coast. We’ll help guide you in choosing a location that fits your vision while considering beach conditions, accessibility, and guest comfort. Many couples choose beautiful locations such as Pass-a-Grille Beach, St Pete Beach, or Clearwater Beach for their ceremony.

Some beach locations may require a permit depending on the guest count or ceremony setup. Couples are responsible for securing any required permits, however, guidance is always provided to make the process simple.
